Biomechanical Special: $150
This service is designed for the cyclist who has been having specific issues of discomfort on the bike, or for the elite level rider who needs more than a basic fit, but isn't quite ready to jump into the Retul pool. The fit service is essentially the same as the Full Service bike fit above, but is done without the Retul. A detailed biomechanical assessment of the rider is done on and off the bike, and the results are related to the rider complaints. Special emphasis is always placed on the foot/pedal interface, with respect to cleat adjustment, and wedging and shimming when necessary. Modifications are then made to the bike and/or the riders shoes to ensure the best biomechanical fit and to minimize or eliminate discomfort on the bike.
1.5-2.5 hours
Second Bike: $150
*second bike means same rider who wants two bike fits (i.e. road + mountain or time trial)
